Our finest talent have been referred to us by members of the Aquent Talent Network. For this reason, we take a novel approach to rewarding those individuals who take the time to refer people to us.

The program is simple:

1. Submit a candidate.
2. Earn reward points.
3. Redeem points for cash.

Eligible Participants

Anyone is eligible to submit referrals under this program, including Aquent talent, former talent, applicants, networking contacts, and clients.* Qualified referrals must have prior working experience within marketing, Web, or creative, and they must not have worked with Aquent in the last 12 months. Referral forms must be submitted prior to the interview.

Three Ways to Earn

Points can be earned in three different ways: referral submissions, referral interviews, and referral placements. We don’t just reward you if we place the person you refer, we reward you all along the way.

Redeem Points for Cash

Again, we’re keeping it simple:

• Hit 1000 points - Get $250.

Points may be redeemed by submitting a written request to referrals@aquent.com. Please include in the body of the e-mail your name and the number of points you wish to redeem.

Please Note: Points can only be redeemed for cash after the specified award level has been achieved.
